The app is 100% free. There are no additional costs or in-app purchases required.

What Are The Requirements for Delightful Email?

You will require a Shopify Store, you can sign up to a free trial store www.shopify.com and usually it’s a good idea to pick a template that has a newsletter field to collect email addresses from prospects coming to your store. In order to collect emails from purchases you will need to setup a payment gateway or can test with the Bogus Gateway from Shopify.

Can I edit Delightful Email?

Yes, Delightful Email features an easy to use editor.

What does Delightful Email Do?

The app will automatically send delightful emails to Newsletter Sign Ups or customers who purchased their 1st Product.

When Do Emails Get Sent?

Emails to customer as sent after 20 minutes automatically once a customer signs up to a newsletter or buys their 1st product!

How Do I Install Delightful Email On My Shopify Store?

Easy! All you need to do is find the app in the appstore by searching for Delightful Email and click on GET. This will automatically install the app.

Who is Edgar?

Edgar is our helpful digital assistant. He can help you create great looking custom delightful emails. All you need to do is answer a few simple questions and you are good to go.

How Do I Enable Edgar Again?

To enable Edgar again simply go to the top right hand side of the main page in Delightful Email click on the Profile Section and there you will find Start Assistant.

Beware: If you go through the whole process with Edgar it will overwrite your current template. If you want to cancel you can do so anytime, by clicking on the X on the top right hand side of the Edgar Modal.

What Do Email Statistics Mean?

Emails Sent – Displays How Many Automated Emails Delightful Email has sent to your customers

Emails Opened – Tracks How Many Automated Emails sent to your Customers have been opened by your customers.

What Does Change Sender Info Do?

Here you can change placeholder information in your template will be sent to your customers.

You can also turn the physical address on and off from the email template if you would like it displayed.

Physical Addresses help reduce SPAM scores on emails and we recommend you turn it on.

Where Do Test Emails Go?

When you click on Sent Test Email a test email will be sent to the merchants registered email address(ie. your login email or email registered with shopify).

How can I Edit My Emails?

We have a powerful editor.

It allows you to craft the email by using our powerful email editor.

You can add text to the email by using the editor and and merge tags for details like: Customer Name, Store Name, Store Owner, Store Owner Title and Store URL. Store refers to your store.

To add a image just add it via a URL at the moment.

To add a URL to image when a user clicks on it, simply right click on the image and add a LINK to it.
